Accessibility

Many of the people we help have a disability. We want this site to work for every one of them: with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, zoomed text or a slow connection.

What we’ve done

The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. Text has strong contrast, images have descriptions, and every page works without a mouse.

Our office

Our office has a ramp and an elevator. We meet by phone or at a library closer to you when travel is hard, and we can arrange a sign language interpreter for any meeting.

Tell us what’s not working

If any part of this site is hard to use, call (304) 555-0142 or write to help@kanawhalawproject.org. We’ll fix it, and we’ll get you the information another way in the meantime.
